When was the last time I was in the BYU locker room....uh, never.
I have seen the pictures though. Sure, it is not as COOL as the newer ones around the country.....but it is not a dump.

Lead up to Hawaii bowl and all the partying, drinking, smoking etc. says otherwise. Sitake is set and just doesn't care

All the bad apples are still there, partying it up. Though I imagine it's tougher to pass and social distance
