Best part is the quote includes an ecoFinish which is the nicest finish you can get for a pool, better than pebble or quartz. They use a torch to melt rubber basically into a layer of plaster and it’s totally immune to poor water chemistry and should last 30 plus years. Most builders would charge an extra two 10k for that finish.

Not sold on the party pool design yet, I’ve always used the traditional shallow to deep end design. Getting a few more quotes.
