People generally shouldn't own animals if they can't keep them on their own
property the vast majority of the time. This applies to cats, dogs, sheep, goats, chickens, pigs, cows, horses, or any other two or four legged beast.

If you want a fur baby, but you can't own it without significantly utilizing someone else's property in connection with that ownership (generally that includes public property), then you should rethink ownership of any animal.
