were there no other FCS teams available to replace Dixie when Dixie cancelled?
I remember seeing many FBS teams pick up some FCS team for an extra non-conference game or for their lone non-conference game.
If Dixie canceled and BYU thought that made sense for a week 2 filler game between Army and Navy, I am surprised they did not find some other FCS replacement team.
