Bought them separate. This is because it seems like wireless technology
has gotten faster and better than modem technology. This way I can upgrade (mesh wifi ftw) without touching the modem.

Modem -> Firewall (Pfsense) -> 24 port switch -> Netgear Orbi in AP mode.
