I’m sorry that you experienced that. I can only imagine how difficult that would be.
The game was the Bluegrass Miracle. LSU beat Kentucky.
Kentucky players had already dumped the Gatorade on their coach. Fans not realizing their team had lost tried to tear down the goalposts in celebration.
I think most of us at one point or another, in one form or another, have been that Kentucky team.
Not many things would be more difficult than losing a child however.
