This post brings back a lot of memories of Howell's first couple of years as DC. A lot of similarities in how the two of them started as DC's and clearly have been in over there head at times and hired with questionable resumes for what they were hired to do. Clearly as a fan, my priorities might be different than others in that I'd like the school to put together the best staff that they can. At times, with both of these choices, I just don't think that was the case. Just odd that some people take non-personal critiques so personally with one person, but not another in very similar situations.

Anyway, great start to the year, and here's hoping to more of the same!
