So Miss got beaten by 1 point (31-30 by La Tech) on a very late and controversial (albeit correct) call.
That same So Miss team got steam rolled by Tulane, 66-Diaper changes, the same Tulane team that lost last week to Navy.
On the upside, La Tech trounced Houston baptist, the same FCS Team that nearly upset Texas Tech, the same Texas Tech Team that blew a 15 point lead to Texas with less than 3 minutes left in their game.

Its' difficult to make much of any of that except to say, the Bulldogs have less of a history of beating name brand opponents than even Fresno state's Bulldogs. For being in a region stacked with FBS programs all around, La Tech has a very slim history of playing P5's in its own SE region and not with much success when ever it has. The irony however is it has played Alabama 5 times and won 2 of those games. Go figure!
