As long as he's healthy & practicing, no reason to be fatalistic.
Supposedly his surgery was a success. Rogers sustained a bad, major-joint injury, & was pretty fragile to begin with (dude really needed to build himself up, cuz he was quite the athlete — just really not strong at all). Chris's injury/condition was a whole other, unfortunate deal. Didn't he end up getting micro-fracture surgery? Back when it was basically a death sentence to athletes?
