I just used Milne entirely due to Cooper being willing to PWO(like Milne)...
... probably another PWO Wr comparison would be Colby Pearson? I think Cooper could do some impressive things if BYU offers a PWO. It would be odd if they didn't considering he has a FBS scholarship offer already (as well as FCS). Then consider his good size, agility, he has multiple position diversity if not at Wr?
