A solid win against a mediocre P5 would help us. We are still borderline NY6 in
the voters mind. If we "prove" that our record is not a fluke because we don't play the P5's then we have a better chance of getting in. And a december game against Oklahoma could be against another top 25 team which would really push us to the next level with a win. Why would we want a NY6 Bowl if we are afraid to play a TT or Baylor during the year?
