the composite computer rankings has Cincy at #13, so it is sagarin who is the
outlier here with respect to Cincinnati and not the voters.
colley matrix is a ranking who just uses this year's wins and losses and not previous years for their formula. They have Cincinnati at 10.
Sagarin is using past year's data somehow to lower the ranking for Cincy. Not sure I get why, but I don't trust Sagarin here.
