Aye. Cincy started at #13, when there were no B1G or PAC teams in the rankings
Oklahoma, Florida, LSU, Auburn, Texas, Texas A&M, and North Carolina have all lost.
Cincy was jumped by Ohio State and Penn State when the B1G and PAC teams were added back in.
SMU has climbed to #16 because the second tier SEC, B12, and ACC teams have beaten up on each other and the B1G and PAC aren't playing yet.
On another note, SMU beat Texas State by a single score, in a very competitive Week 1 game. BYU will need to bring forward a good effort this weekend.
