What in the world are you talking about?
The question was why has it taken a while to see these productive DEs.
Not one single thing you said is relevant to my post. When they recruited for a 3-4, and the number of DL and type of LBs that are left, don't fit the need at DE, it is what it is. It's not an excuse. You can't force any LB up to be a DE. We saw them try with Trajan Pili and sometimes it just doesn't really work.
This has nothing to do with excuses. I did not say Bronco didn't recruit well enough for a defense to work. I said the system he recruited for didn't leave many guys who could transition up to a different style. That's common sense. It's not anyone's fault.
