You make a good point but if you’re goal is to improve spending the the best bet
Is not to go with a philosophy for more gov programs using funds as poorly as the current gov programs.
That is the biggest difference between conservatism and liberalism. Conservatism is less gov control whole democrats will have the gov running healthcare and everything
