Turned two of my rentals into Airbnb's with positive results
Really liking this model, money seems to be better and I like knowing that my properties get cleaned frequently.
Yes they are a little more work to manage but I kind of enjoy it, what are some challenges I could experience down the road (vacancy, shady guests, etc)?
