Nice follow-up post on TWITTER that shows a cozy little 45,000 seat G5 size...

That is so quaint.
You all realize that Utah's stadium is the same size as BYU's was back in 1971 right?
Why the stadium smack?
Because it is a part of being a major program.
Oregon State, Washington State, Wake Forest nd probably a dozen P5's play in relatively small venues compared to BYU.
In terms of Private/On-Campus stadiums, after the downsizing of Sun Devil Stadium in Tempe, BYU i not the second largest on-campus facility West of Texas and OU. Only UW at 8,000 seats more is larger than BYU. BYU also has one of the largest and finest Basketball arenas in the nation. Even at 48 years of age the MAC looks new.
