interesting... I don't have the issue now because I've updated my previous strategy... my previous will assigned
my mom (who is also my accountant) to be the trustee of our assets should my wife and I both die.
I guess that wasn't a legally binding designation....
Glad I've got it corrected and thanks for correcting me... I'll stop suggesting my old strategy to people.
