Rise Against Truly Addicted User
Not only an official statement, but they need to decide if those additional scholarships won't count against them.
Because if they still have a limited number of scholarships, it doesn't matter if the players don't lose eligibility. Most schools are going to struggle to keep those players and bring in the new recruits. The whole thing is a mess right now unfortunately.
