I went on a hike that I wouldn’t blink an eye at. I haven’t had a chance to get out much with a baby etc. I was with a group that was hiking a little bit faster, and I was absolutely gassed trying to keep up. Made me realize at that point I’m getting older and my lifestyle is such that that I have to start exercising to do my weekend hobbies.
