FPI gives Tulsa a better chance of winning the American than they give Cinci.
It will be a slugfest.
Tulsa, Memphis and UCF are all pretty good. SMU looked good as well, but Cinci handled them just fine.
Still, I don't see Cinci getting through them all and then playing another game vs the 2nd best team without tripping up somewhere.
