positions have been as an individual contributor in a sales role. I did manage a team for a good year and a half once, but I don’t have a lot to show on a resume about working on cross-functional projects with various team members, which is what a lot of recruiters want to see.

I am good in interviews though. I feel pretty confident about my ability to stand out once I have a chance to speak with recruiters in a formal interview setting.
