Years ago I was at the Rock Hall of Fame. At the end of the tour there was a
set of stations where you could play virtually every recording ever issued by any group. The Beatles was by far the longest. The Beach Boys had a lot too, but so much of theirs were multiple recordings of the same song.
As far as the number of songs, the Beatles had somewhere (IIRC) around 450 different songs: at 3:30 each that would be more than 26 hours of music before you start repeating.
