they don't do very many high risk throws. When they throw down the field, it seems like the receiver doesn't have anyone within 5 yards of them.

Fields has a cannon so he might be able to develop but Zach has already shown more skill in throwing and I think NFL scouts will note that by the end of the year. If Fields goes higher it will be because of his size, strength, and running ability. This is just my opinion.
