I think Hans tries to be objective - and as he knows he has a BYU bias it leads to him underselling BYU at times. (As an aside - I also think this is weird, because other radio hosts on his station have no trouble being complete homers at times.)

But Hans has been effusive in his praise of BYU, the OL, the DL, Wilson, etc., on many occasions as I've listened this season.

He has some headscratcher moments, for sure. But I don't believe for a minute that he isn't still a BYU fan.
