BYU may drop sports (see Rick's, BYUH), but it won't be due to the pandemic and a year or two of lost revenue when the entire university world is bleeding.

BYU sports have proven to be self sustainable and a very important addition to the Universities prestige and student experience, short term money issues wont drive a decision, now long term bleeding may be looked at differently, along with negetive publicity.
