My ranking is based upon a collection of various advanced metrics such as FPI, Strength of Record, Game Control, and a few others. Here's what CFP Playoff, NY6, and rest of the top 25 would shape up based upon that.

Sugar Bowl: 1 Alabama vs 4 Clemson
Rose Bowl: 2 Ohio St vs 3 Notre Dame

Orange Bowl: 6 Florida vs 13 Miami FL
Fiesta Bowl: 8 BYU vs 12 Oregon
Cotton Bowl: 9 Oklahoma vs 10 Texas A&M
Peach Bowl: 5 Cincinnati vs 7 Northwestern

Cincinnati being ranked #5 is a little surprising to me. They are that high largely due to being ranked #4 in Strength of Record which I know the committee typically heavily relies on. I personally don't think they'll be that high in the committee's rankings this week (#6 at the highest and could easily be 7 or 8). BYU is also rated #8 right here. I expect BYU to ultimately be ranked in the 8-10 range by the committee this week. Alabama, Ohio St, and Notre Dame are all solidly the top 3.
