Yep it's a closed club with AL, Clemson, OSU as charter members and rotating
membership for ND, GA and LSU. Undetstandably, the very best recruits want to go to the elite leaving less talent for the rest of CFB. Expand to 8 PO teams and maybe talent gets spread around a bit more
