Here’s why it makes sense...
If Cincy plays us and wins they beat the #8 team in the nation.
The following week they play #24 ranked Tulsa.
If they win that game too then they will have defeated 3 ranked teams during the season, as well as a very good Army team.
That gives them the best argument for CFP.
