BYU stays pat and any team 15-20 could jump BYU. Basically, the teams above BYU need to lose AND BYU needs a GREAT win to take those spots. If BYU goes 12-0 with no GREAT wins they'll move down.

Oregon, Wisconsin, Texas, USC... could move up
