My bet is on Conover
I agree with donnerstag that Hall has rare talent, but I think there will be a 15% difference in completion percentage between the two. You can't have as many weapons as we have now and not have a great, maybe elite, pocket passer back there to get the ball. Hall would take off and run when Conover would find Romney deep.
