So it’s down to the Z5 vs Z50
Can’t afford the Z6
The Z5 is full sensor, 2 memory cards, nearly as good of sensor as the Z6. In body image stabilization. Battery lasts 50% longer than Z50. 4K video is force-cropped, but I do think I’ll do much more with still photos. Only does 4.5 pics in a burst, and I do want to use this with wildlife, so that’s the big bummer. Better ranked on dpreview (kind of a lower price, artificially hobbled Z6).
The Z50 is APS-C (at which point you wonder why do a mirror less with Z mount?), no in body stabilization but there’s stabilization in the lenses. About half the price of the Z5. Does 11-12 pics in a burst. Battery weaker. Very portable. People say it’s “good for the price.”
