Yes, they do. It won't be to the Rose Bowl this year because the CFP

is being played there. But the B1G still has an auto-bid to a NY6 (even if a team is in the CFP).

Meaning, if tOSU is in the CFP then the next team in the rankings gets the B1G auto-bid. I believe this year the B1G's auto-bid is to the Orange Bowl against a ACC team. Currently, that would mean IU gets the auto-bid to the Orange Bowl since tOSU is in the CFP.
