It would significantly alter the current SOS calculations.
One of the current reasons for including prior year data is that without OOC games in the BIG10, you won’t be able to calculate a SOS because of the silos of data, the P12 only has 1 OOC game against SDSU, which would greatly favor BYU in a revamped SOS calculation, but a 2020 only calculation would look radically different than the current versions, and I am surprised that it hasn’t been called out yet by the media, but they probably aren’t math geeks that would realize how different the current math models are this year because of the lack of data points
