To my knowledge Eastern Washington is still pretty good.
But North Dakota State has won 8 out of the last 9 FCS titles. Pointing out the obvious that the postseason format really doesn’t create parity.

Takes 4 weeks which the current bowl season already covers. Let the big bowl rotate just like now with next tier
