No fans allowed for Rose Bowl, Fiesta Bowl due to COVID-19

Spectators will not be allowed at the Rose Bowl, one of the College Football Playoff semifinals, on Jan. 1 because of COVID-19 restrictions. The Fiesta Bowl only will allow family members of teams involved to attend.
