I've largely been impressed over the past 10 years with the media ranking teams
like CCU as high as they do. I don't think that was the case 25 years ago. Winning 8-9 games in a row is a very difficult thing to do. The ok'd school thinking was more in line with Gary Barta and his staff of goons.
Yes it is a flawed system and playing it out on the field is always best. But unfortunately it isn't going to happen.
