1. Always cheer for BYU
2. Always always ALWAYS cheer against yewtah.
3. Always cheer for the service academies unless rule #1 applies.

Everything else is just details.

That's right. True Cougar fans want the Utes to lose every single game. It's never acceptable to cheer for them.
