one on CB really knows how much oline coaching Grimes did beyond what was provided by the full-time oline coach and graduate assistant, so to proclaim it as a big deal is mostly premature at this point. If/when we struggle next year it will be as easily explainable by the players we don't have that we had this year and/or the schedule differences.

And why he's going to Baylor can be just as easily explainable that he and his wife are from Texas, they've likely felt at times in Utah County like fish out of water not being members of the church, but wanting to continue their active participation in their Christian faith, etc. rather than assuming it's clearly a salary issue.
