Better late than never. I started late too, a couple of months ago. And have since seen the series 3 times.
I haven't even watched either Mandalorian seasons (which I loved) more than once yet.
Surprisingly, there is a ton of attention to detail in The Chosen, and I pick up little things every now and then that I missed the first time through. It's brilliantly written/paced/edited.
