I think it’s a loss, Grimes was great but I also think we will be fine. That’s assuming grimes was a positive influence

and the other coaches learned something from him. We have a lot of experience on the coaching staff now. The coaching staff now is light years ahead of the Detmer/mahe/Cahoon staff.
