No one with a legit HT room uses a tv, everyone is using a 4k projector with a big screen usually over 120". I rock a JVC with a 135" screen in a DIY HT room and it makes flat screen tvs look tiny, it's awesome. The caveat is you need to make everything dark, no white walls or ceiling.
