2) More OOC games for data points (example: How'd the MWC do against the PAC...)
3) At the very least, the BCS rating system replaces a 13 person committee
4) Within that ranking: True away FBS wins are worth more (1.15 pt), neutral games (1 pt), home games (.95 pt); FBS teams: True away/neutral — never happening, but... (1), home (.9). Some top teams benefit greatly from a 7-8 home game schedule and/or rarely leave their area. This also encourages the 'haves' to play at the Colorado States, UTEPS.... This mostly affects Kansas State and the SEC.

6) Salary cap for coaching staff and assistants? Yeah, I know this will just move where the money comes from, but....
Note: I think that the p5 schools will leave the NCAA system within the next 5 years.
