Depends a lot on timing and on the next few years
There's a lot of hope/optimism that BYU will start winning 10 games a year for the foreseeable future, which would definitely reflect well on Sitake, and Utah simply has more money to offer if they end up wanting him.
I do agree that he's the most likely to be passed over for having had opportunity and not using it. Johnson and Scalley would both be unproven, but with upside remaining.
