22 starting players instead of 5.

53 man rosters instead of 13(?). It has nothing to do with weakness or leadership, top NBA players have influence because they know what they are worth. You either put up with it or trade them to someone who will for less than they are worth.

Only NFL players with that kind of leverage are QBs.
