just like you or I, we can switch jobs, go to competitors as we want as long as its within the "rules" (non-compete vs contracts), if a player doesnt like where hes at and what theyre doing by all means do what you can to fix your situation. If you dont like the specific way they go about doing that fine, but they def have the right to and I dont blame them at all.
