Yep. No quality starting QB's in that group at all.

Reality is that you want 3 QB's when the starter on your team is leaving for the NFL. You want 3 QB's in the spring, and maybe even to begin in the fall. Eventually you want to have 1 starter, sure. But you don't want to ONLY have 1 guy on your roster that's even worth looking at.
