Kids don't want to live the HC anymore, or at least don't want to feel
threatened by it. Fewer kids serve missions and that number is dropping etc... I think the reality is with the younger generation that religion just isn't all that important, at least not the most important or only important thing. For those kids that it is BYU still recruits very well.
