I'd rather that the coaches have a difficult time picking a starter because all three are doing really great than that they are having a difficult time because none of them are doing well.
I do agree that the coaches will ultimately need to pick one guy and go with that guy - giving him enough reps in fall camp to be prepared for the season. And that's unfortunate for the other two - but it's what is best for the team.
But for now - having 3 that compete in spring and through the summer and beginning of fall camp is a good thing.
