I'd recommend against ortho-K
Approximately 1/3 of patients quit using them within a year and 75% of people complain of discomfort. Plus, those lenses predispose you to developing a corneal eye infection and recurrent erosions of the cornea (like scraping your knee over and over but it's on your eye).

If you really want refractive correction, do PRK/LASIK/SMILE. Or just wear contacts/glasses.
